New Canaber
The “Flagship of the West,” New Canaber graces the Pacific Coast. It was originally founded by escaped convicts from Australia, who sailed across the Pacific by stolen prison ship. These “settlers” saw New Canaber as their chance for redemption.
Tourists from all over the world now make frequent pilgrimages to see New Canaber’s super-powered beings, known as Megas.
The Watchdogs
New Canaber’s elite private security force, the Watchdogs are funded and led by Mr. Brooker. They maintain law and order across the vast cityscape. Comprised of Megas and humans, they are dedicated to checking the growth of Travis Stenmore’s growing empire. Mr. Brooker uses his agents strategically to undermine Stenmore illegal operations. The group long ago surpassed the local police force as the primary law enforcement entity.
Alpha Squad
Alpha Squad
These are the upper tier agents of the Watchdogs. One of three such elite teams, the squad is led by Breeze, and consists of herself, Bayonet, Grudge, Webster, and a few advanced foot soldiers. Alpha Squad takes on special assignments and performs covert operations in neighboring cities and territories. They are dispatched to intervene in incidents with super-powered opponents.
